S & A Construction were appointed to renovate the ESB Depot in Cavan.

This project involved complete refurbishment of all the offices, meeting rooms & toilets and a new kitchen area fitted out. We also put in new floors, walls and ceilings.

S & A Construction also dealt with the removal of asbestos while replacing a new roof on the entire building.

We created a comfortable and spacious working environment along with efficiently designed meeting rooms.
