S & A Construction were appointed for the project of Lazlo Restaurant in Arthaus Hotel, St. Stephens Green, Dublin.

The project was a full remodel with new mechanical and electrical package completed in works. Job also included new windows and doors throughout the project

This project was completed in budget and before the planned time of completion.
