S&A Construction were appointed to construct the significant expansion for a fully serviced two storey extension to the existing Hotel Kilmore, Cavan.

The expansion includes 36 bedrooms, bridal suite, a private gym, boardroom, meeting room, laundry room, new function room, administration offices and connection to public services works.

Each room was fully furnished with an interior package that is simply the finest available. We created jobs locally during the construction phase and sourced all products locally and within Ireland. The project was completed in Autumn 2016 and three months ahead of schedule.

We also have transformed the lobby and reception area with a more stylish refurbishment.

The works included the strip out of the existing furniture and fittings and the remodelling of the existing interior. We brought a warmer atmosphere to it with new furnishing and carpet.
